That means there is no tuner, so an "F" coax connector would be useless on this TV. Aaron's F female to RCA adaptor will not work either since that will only connect you to a composite input and you need a tuner to sort out the channels. You need an external tuner of some sort and a VCR is the easiest and cheapest solution, unless the cable co. down there offers set top boxes which would also solve your problem (assuming that their STBs offer more than RF only outputs). So if you haven't taken the TV back already use a VCR's tuner and let this experience be a lesson. Do your homework! |
