I have just found a solution for one of my issues and I thought I would share it with everyone. I ran into the issue of running long lengths of HDMI through my wall without having it snag all my insulation and other wiring inside the wall. The solution is provided to me by a company called Accell. They now have an HDMI cable up to 45 meters that has no need for repeaters or boosters or any of that other junk that gets caught in the wall. It delivers a true 1080p image and I am extremely impressed. The cable is constructed with great quality and it seems that i could use it to tow a car with it since it is so strong. It is also rated for fire codes and so I had no worries as far as installing it inside my walls. I am a custom "do it yourself" type person and I just wanted to let anyone know that there is now a solution to an issue that has driven me nuts for quite some time now.
