Are the cheap HDMI-DVI calbes on ebay any good

Im looking for a HDMI-DVI cable for the TV and cant see spending $130 for one at CC or BB. How good are these $10-$30 cables on ebay. Is there any I should stay away from or are they all pretty decent cables?
