Can anyone tell me if Samsung's Yepp YP-Z5 only works with Windows XP. I put the startup disc in and the setup would not run. I got a pop up that said I needed Windows XP. I tried reading reviews all over--no mention on needing a specific operating system. I contacted Samsung support and have heard nothing back from them (not a good sign). I don't want to return it, but I'm not going to change my operating system just to run an MP3 player.
I am using Windows 2000 Pro. XP was built from this system, so it makes no sense that a device would be designed that would not be compatible with 2000. Can anyone here help me out?
