EKEN MB702C 7" tablet

Only problem I cannot connect it to my computer as it has no installation software. Any one know where I can download the software. By the way, it's a very good tablet with long battery life. Works great but need to transfer files from computer. Any help appreciated.

Even then, if it is just a regular tablet, you can just connect it via USB cable...provided it has one, and you can treat it like an external drive. What is the OS on it?

Tried connecting as an external but keep getting message that installation software needed first. Tried emailing manufacturers but they don't seem interested.
