Philips GoGear SA3125/97 2gb flash(audio/video player)

i have sa3125/97 2gb bought in the year 2007.
i recently connected my device to computer and the device

manager told me to upgrade my firmwre. on website(philips

support) latest firmware shows as 3.77. but after the firmware

upgrade my go gear sa3125 shows firmware 3.76 !!? any one who

can help..? i tried doing it again and again but it always

shows firmware 3.76 an not 3.77 and my device manager tells me

....firmware is up to date!! after this upgradation i am having

few problems too. i right click the song and change the

attribute genre of songs in one folder all to locate the files

in my philips player in one series ....but in the player no

such genre shows up..those files are .wma format...this is not

the case though with mp3 files...mp3 files with genre i store

shows up and i manage to have the songs in series as if i am

viewing it in a folder. also when i try to eject the device..i

get the message device is being accesed by one program and

could not be stopped but no program is running...can anyone

help....? waited for 30 mins..but to no avail..i had recenly

downloaded i tunes to have a look ..i guess its doing the

spoil work..?it has many small .exe files which run in the

background and as i dont have i phone or i pod they r

useless....is i tunes the culprit....and how do i safely eject

the device if it doesnt stop...once i just pulled the wire out

of cpu but then all my songs not showed up on my player though

all the songs were stored on the sa3125 go gear .

whole lot if issues... any one having these similar

problems.....any solution....other than fatory restore which i

did...reset which i did too....and also when i keep the button

presed and plug it in ,,,with the device manager running it

informs my player has encountered an error and after reset it

says its been cured but again when i follow the reset procedure

it again says player has error.... whats the issue?
