The dvd player that I bought for my daughters kept saying "no disc." Then, one day I went out and it was melted. Does anyone know how to contact the company? Please let me know if you do. Thanks.

I am looking for the same thing. Our cord to connect the screen to the dvd player isn't working right. This is so frustrating.

Durabrand is trash, as I'm sure both of you have figured out....it's kind of like asking "Am I the only Yugo car purchaser that is unhappy?"

I lost the remote to my dvd player (dur-10) and found one at "1800customersupport.com". you choose your product and they have an accessories link to order missing/lost parts. You should also be able to contact the manufacturer. I think it is ALCO. I actually like my dvd player though, had it about ayear so far.
