I just saw this....
APS was a film format that came and went in the blink of an eye. I doubt any is available any more.

APS-C is the smaller sensor size in many digital cameras. If you look at the APS website? You will find 7 or 8 or MORE sensor sizes listed.
Only 2 are larger than 'C', those being 'full frame' and 'medium format'.

From 'medium format' which is a big expensive sensor, all the way to 1/2" or perhaps smaller. Years ago I had an APS-H sensor camera from Canon.
Basically, a size in between full frame and 'C'.

APS-C is very popular, smaller than 'full frame' and has a huge user and lens base from the likes of Canon, Nikon and Sony....among others.
Smaller sensors like 'micro 4/3' are out and also have a good user base.
