I didn't get on yesterday or else I would have posted in it.

God bless all those lost and their families. Even 9 years later, it still seems like it was yesterday.

It was a truly tragic attack, that has forever changed our country and its people. I remember the way it initially brought people together, but I am saddened by the way it quickly began tearing us apart. Racism, bigotry, misplaced political anger, political separatism, countless lives of young soldiers lost to a lost cause...

...I think the terrorists behind those attacks couldn't be happier with the results, which go far beyond the lives taken on that day.
