Thanks for the flashback Chad. I haven't thought about Stryper in YEARS. I always compared them to firehouse, which I liked better though. Man I miss the "Hair bands" of my time.

That's my buddy Michael Sweet. And yes, yes I can.
I don't have any videos that I know of around here but I will see if I can dig up some audio.

Eric posted some really great drummers, I have probably watched that TRJ12 video twenty times. I have seen Roddy a few times up close and he is awesome, and Lang is probably one of the best newer drummers in the world. I personally wouldn't put Lars in the top 100-150.

Check this guy out...Virgil Donati, the man is insane (he doesn't even break a sweat until around 3:00

There are no vids to be found but Mike Bordin formerly with Faith no more is considered to be one of the top 5 drummers in the world. Neil is number one.

my favorite in the order of who i think is the best.

1. lar ulrich-metallica
2. tommy lee-motley crue (this guy plays while the drum set spins upside down)
3. rober sweet-stryper
4, the guy from slayer (don't know his name)

there is no "best drummer". they all play different styles and are all good at different techniques

i want a dual pedal terribly lol. i also need more cymbals... my setup right now is constrained to a hi-hat and a ride. sh!t ain't cheap though...
