Anyone know of any good weightlifting / bodybuilding forums where i can talk to people and get tips??? I'm in great

shape but still finding it hard to overcome my "skinny-man syndrome"...wanna add more mass and reallly bulk up.

CROWN- No-explode really helps look into it if ur looking into a creatine. Take it 30 mins b4 workout and ull have a good amount of energy throughout workout and after.

I dont do it the way the bottle recommends. It says take 2 scops on training days and 1 scoop on off days. I use one scoop on training days and thats it. After the bottle im going to stay off creatine for about a month or two and then try shock therapy or go back to NO-xplode again.

i wouldnt mind gaining some weight when i get off it. All ill have to do is work it into muscle. Nothing wrong with that.

take a lot of protein, im taking somewhere near 200g of protein a day. Which consists of atleast 2-3 shakes. Its groose but i gained 3 pds already. The 2-3 shakes im taking doesnt equal 200 its somewhere around 100 but with all the other meals i eat its somewhere around 200.
