Does anybody know of a way/method to increase your grip strength a lot over a period of 3 months?

defiantly wrist curls.
its like a curl but it works your forearms and wrist. Dead lifting will help because ur wrist and forearm are forced to hold the heavy weight

if you just want beastly forearms then wristcurls can't be beat.

if you're more interested in strengthening your hands and fingers to grip things, then squeeze a tennis ball or better yet a rubber ball if you can find one, as hard as you can for as long as you can.

the key is don't do reps like squeeze, let go, squeeze, let go, squeeze, let go...do one big extended squeeze untill your hand just gives out.

i have a couple rubber balls called "Hi-Bounce Pinky Ball" next to my computer for workout/stress management while i play online poker. They're perfect.

Yeah I'm after that crushing grip AND beastly forearms. The grip comes first though! I have this pink stressball right here, I guess it'll have to do. When I go to the gym I'll do wrist curls too. When I was younger(like 8 I think) I was in Universal Studios or something and there was this grip test. I beat some 30 year old man lol(I had like 128lbs I think and he got like 82lbs)

I use the things that u hold and u close ur hand. Its works pretty well, it works ur forearms out too

I saw a video with The Rock and he was showing how he got his grip. He used towels and anchored them down to a rail then got on his knee's and used the towels to do pull ups.

The whole point of my increasing grip strength is so that I can crush someone's arm when the need arises or just have more hand strength in general.

What's everyone's grip strength?
Tell your relative age at least!

I wonder how many people actually have a grip strength of over 350lbs?

Maybe we'll see...

my buddy rick has got the six pack set of Heavy Grippers that has the 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, and 350 lb. resistances...

...i'm telling you right now 350lbs is like superhuman...he's got the most beastly hands and forearms i've ever seen and he can do a few reps on the 300 on a good day...

...to close the 350 even one rep is something the VAST majority of ppl could never do...it's really for like professional arm wrestlers.

I forgot to tell you my dad got like 360 that day at Universal studios
It's been a while though now and he had to have carpal tunnel surgery so I bet it's gone down to like 150 now

Push-ups using finger tips.

Pull-ups using just using your finger tips using a thin ledge.


We had to do this as part of our training.
