Green lines over laptop screen

i have these green lines over my laptop screen where it is meant to be black or shadowed it happens in the bios and OS so i am guessing not a driver problem.
also these lines dont appear on a external monitor

It look like the screen is the problem!

Not 100% sure that it is the problem!

Is that a liquid could accidentaly hang in the laptop?

You can buy a new laptop for 300$ and not lose your money!

adjust screen.... change it to

you also could try to re-install windows 7 ... Have you made a rescue disk?

it wasnt near any speakers not sure if a magnet touched it


this happened in windows vista i upgraded to seven

I can't see him bring a external monitor to School or in his car!

He can buy a new laptop for 300$
