Firmware uotae for motorola 2210 and stop working

hello i update the firm ware for motorola 2210 after this its change default ip addres from 192.168.1.254 to 192.168.0.1 i go i this site but its askem me netopia need user name and password.i put user like admin and password is password but its not accept it also i try user modam acces code can some one tell me how i flashed back to old firmware.pls advise thnaks
