I just got a new computer with a C.D. burner. My old one did not have one. Now I was told that the slower you burn the C.D. the better quality,is this true? but my other question is which is Slower burning at 48x-24x or 8x-4x.I would like the best I can get.I am only using Real Player 10. Also is there a web-sight that I could download a free version of NERO?

Lower numbers typically mean slower.

Burning slowly does not necessarily mean better quality, just lesser chances for error.
