Need Info Please

Dear All,
My friend has a pair of studio monitors which has a phono connection on the speakers end and has a cable with Phono to XLR.. which sound card I should use to connect this to the Pentium desktop. for two channel music only. I'm looking for a sound card which has XLR out, is there any card out there...??? since those monitors has only Phono Inn... no XLR connection on the speakers end... and his budget is limited. need input please.
