Hi I was wondering if anybody would be able to shed some light on this problem I have...I purchased a X-Fi Platinum sound card and when I install it my video card doesn't work properly(Everything runs in 4 bit mode)I looked on my Device Manager and it said requires more resources but I have no clue what resources they are talking about.I think my power supply is strong enough being a 500 watt but I'm not sure thanks.
just a guess im FAR from a computer tech but if the powersupply was insufficient i would assume the effected component would refuse to function at all not just in its most basic mode ?
