Movie on Laptop to be displayed on TV

I am a NOVICE!
Laptop is a Toshiba A505 (has multi USB, an HDMI and a 15 pin female (VGA?) outlets I am looking for a simple and cheap method to play movies (both video and audio) on TVs (not all of which have HDMI), but do have the 3 RCA plug inputs (Red, Yellow and White) as used w/VCR and DVD input devices. Is there a simple cable or?}

Has anyone had experience with the SEWELL #23000 in this regard?
