I purchased a HDMI splitter to split tv signal and was hoping to feed two LCD tv's with that good signal. Upon connection of the two cables, 1-12ft, 1-50ft, I only got a frozen picture, and or pixelation of the signal and no viewable tv on either set. Anyone have a clue on a fix for this. Is there an amp that could be used. Will the TV rabbit work on this signal. I want to simplify this. Money is an object, but I am willing to spend a little money with god quality video/ audio. The idea must work somehow. Why would there be a high quality HDMI cable splitter available if it does notwork. I appreciate your help in advance.

I'm not clear what type of splitter you've tried. Maybe some clarification as to what you currently have would help me understand.

Here is an HDMI splitter that I've used
