Go to radioshack and buy a set of 5 resistors for $0.99 and the DB25 connector for $1.89, use any wires as you wish and make a Jtag cable, solder them directly to the IRD, flash it and remove it after finish, just make sure you connect those wires correctly. (I was being a cheapskate decided to use a old printer cable for the DB25, just buy the connector, too much cutting plastic and soldering was hard cuz the little frays of wire were being welded with other connectors I wasted a 2 hours there. Only chop it up, to get the wires.)

Here are the step by step I have done for many box and able to bring it back to life 
1.Open SkyMax and click start/and then the erase button. To clear out the pansat.
2.Open WALL click on action tab and flash with “1ST Step” wait till it stops. So JKEYS will detect it in the IRD MODEL selection. You pick MACrx Chip.
3.Follow the Instructions Given in the included HTML webpage for pansat 2500a/PANTEC CLONES! When you get to the step of “Chip/Sector Programming” you first click the erase button, then click on “Program button” you select the “2ND Step” BIN. 
4.Open Blacklist Loader, write the “3RD Step” BIN, and that’s it!!! It got my clone working Hope it helps.

First thing my brother said “do we get the porn channels??” only 2, but people theres more to life than a cheap thrill and I VERY happy with the movies and programming I got. Don’t get greedy.
