I m trying to load latest 2.34 bin which was released earlier last month in order to get 148 selected channels. While I m loading this file it goes to 74% and then jump to 90% and then it shows nothing on computer. Can somebody help me what's wrong. Later on I tried to load factory file (v1.13) to see may b I loaded the corrupted file but while loading factory file I get the same problem (i.e it goes to 74% and then jump to 90%). I m using 1.06 loader. Pls help me what to do..Thanks

Power off on back panel switch then press and hold the power button on front panel then power On on back panel, wait 4 secondes then release the front button, you must see boot on receiver display, try to load the file again.
sorry for geting involve, bu the captive worke dont act that way as you louding it, if the orange line gos all the way to the end , as it finish. then the reciever sould say at the front panel : END" indicating that file has done succuesfull the onlt thing you have to do is diconect the cable and at the back of the stb switch OFF and then back ON the picture sould come it as it finish
the orange line doesn't go to the end but it shows "END" at the front panel. I dissconected the cable and I followed the instruction but still the same problem
Its normal for the cw to do that, as long as the receiver displays end , the download should be successful, you can always check the 'About STB' in the menu to see if it has the bin you just loaded.
