Renewed Support for CooIsat 4/5/6 Models in October . We are happy to confidently announce that the CooIsat 4000, 5000, 6000 models will be supported (well) from here on out starting October 2008.
We do apologize to all CooIsat 4000, 5000 & 6000 users for the poor support in the past. We did run into some problems with our previous manufacturer for the these models. To make a long story short, we do not work with this manufacturer any longer. All problems with support have been resolved since we now have all source codes in hand. We spent quite a bit of money for this however, we believe it was worthwhile.
We have also reorganized, made new partnerships, and many structural improvements have been made. We believe you will see a very strong support group for ALL CooIsat models from here on out. It should be noted, that it has always been our intension to support ALL CooIsat models past and present.
