Ok, I am new to the car audio scene but I am really starting to like it. I need some help, My friend just gave me two Rockford Fosgate P1 12' Subs. The specs are 4 or 8 ohm, 150 watts RMS/ 300 WATTS peak. I am going to hook both of them up in a regular box he bought me. Problem is he said I would have to buy the amp, I have no clue about amps. What wattage amp would I need to run these very nicely and get the best sound and bass from them. And does anyone have a certain amp they would like to recomend? Thanks for the help Guys/Girls.

if they both are dual voice coil 4 ohm subs, i would def get this amp for those:

not too much power for the stage 1's, but not too little. They would get the most out of those lil guys.

you need to remember that those are not high quality spl/sq subs and wont get that loud. I think this amp would put a smile on ur face though.
