I have a 99 prelude and am willing to put about 1000-1500 into a high quality sound system. I have the speakers narrowed down but I need a head unit, subs, boxes, amps and whatever else. please let me know what you think would be best. thanks
for a head unit, i personally would go with an alpine, they look good and you can control the sounds from the head unit. i also hear eclipse has nice head units but i havent used one myself. for a box you will save tons of money if you build it yourself. how powerful of a sub are you looking to get?

Philberg, be unique. Go w/ Eclipse all the way around except the Mids and Highs, for them use the Infinity perfect 6.1s and that would be a nice setup.
