I'm trying to load my tapes onto my PC using Picture Package but I keep getting an error:
I plug my camcorder into the USB port turn on the recorder, push BURN VCD, select disk and enter VCD - it says confirming connection then the hardware Wizard starts installing Sony Digital Imaging Video and then "BEEP" ERROR - Check the connected device!!!!!! I've tried over and over again even installed USB drivers and re-installed Picture Package!
Please can someone advise me!
Should I try using another Software Program??? Should I try another cable? Is there any other drivers I need to install?
