I have a sony digital 8 camcorder which i bought around 2004 and it seems the firewire port is broken. I've tried different cables and different computers, but nothing seems to work. I was curious if there were other ways to upload footage to a computer or how much it would cost to replace the firewire port. Any help would be much apprciated
without knowing what conjecture means, any response would be pointless... seriously though it's a trv540, but i'm more concerned with alternate methods to using a firewire.
