I was getting too much distortion from the speakers since they're pretty quiet and I had to push them so hard.. I returned the whole dang thing and upgraded to a 7.1 sony DG800 receiver with Polk audio Speakers and the Sony 5disc DVD changer. I'll post pics when I have it all set up. figured if the $600 set up wasn't working why not go for the $1200 lol

I've been looking at your new arrangement in you're new home cinema set-up, the surrounds should be placed on the back wall, and if you sit ahead of them you will get a more realistic 3-dimensional surround effect.

The fronts, left channel is far too close to the left side wall, you will perceive the part of the channel sounding louder, than the rest, so good equal spacing of the three-screen fronts will result in, a better sound. In this consumer field there is so much to learn about the art of getting a true like cinema sound within the "near-field" realm than it is in the "far-field" for cinema applications.
