I have a Motorola 6416III and a Altas PVR remote. The box I had boughten from a person on Shaw subscription and had the box authorized through Shaw on my account no problem there. The problem is the remote doesn't work on the Motorola 6416III and I do have another HD box in my house which the remote works fine. I also have an Harmony 1000 and downloaded the drivers for my equipment and it also won't work my Motorola 6416III. What I'm wondering is does the Motorola 6416III have a red light where the remote senor is suppose to be, cause I'm not showing one on it.
Help: I have a Sanyo 27" CRT TV with a Phillips Universal remote. Whilst watching DVDs, my wife dropped the remote & broke it's motherboard. We bought a replacement remote BUT cannot program it as the set has to be in TV mode and tuned to channel 1. I cannot get the tv to go from DVD mode to TV mode. Any ideas on how to do this?
