Silver Member Username: SymplestilesStockton, CA Usa Post Number: 134 Registered: Aug-04 | the CVRs are a very decent sub, but you should consider either 2 12" Adire Shivas (250$ shipped http://www.acoustic-visions.com/~acoustic/products/subwoofer_drivers/adire_shiva / ) or 2 12" Cerwin Vega VMAXs (178$ shippedhttp://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=13950 ) personally i think both of these subs out-do the CVRs. the shivas have a little more SQ than the VMAXs but the VMAXs might have a little more bump. all 3 are pretty decent subs for the money. also, dont let the looks of the Shivas decieve you...i have yet to hear ANY complaints about the subs performance. what kind of amp you running? that will help decide waht subs to choose. goodluck! |
