The guy makes it seem like it is impossible to figure anything out unless you are a pro, or you read his book. I would suggest that you go to: www.crutchfieldadvisor.com and read as much as you can, it will help you learn what you are doing a bit more more. They also have a how-to book section: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-Bjj0IBLSONn/cgi-bin/ProdGroup.asp?c=11&g=880&s=0&cc =01&avf=N&search= here is another site that is very useful: http://www.bcae1.com And the tutorials at http://www.jlaudio.com/tutorials/index.html are helpful, especially the one on setting your gain, and calculating box size. Wiring for speakers can be found at CrutchfieldAdvisor. if you don't understand something from those three sites, then go buy a book from Crutchfield. I doubt this guys book is any better than anyone else, you can probably find some other ones at your local bookstore as well. |
