I would like to know how impedance rise, would affect me as a regular everyday user. When i first put my treo tsx in a box wired in series it read 5 ohms, now (after beating the hell out of it) it read 7.9 ohms.....quite bizare..... i have a zx1500, from what i have read on other forums, some ppl run subs at 1 ohm, to counter imp rise, i just want to know if that idea is totally ubsurd or is it makes sense whatsoever. I would just like to get the most out of my amp, also would a fi q with the most options in a sealed enclosure be able to hande that amount of power, with the gains set properly of course.
