'85 Ramcharger project - Head Unit

For the head units I have picked out KENWOOD KDC-MP345U CD/MP3/AUX/USB/IPOD RADIO CAR STEREO or ALPINE CDA-105 iPOD MP3 CD PLAYER RADIO USB 50W X 4 Kenwood is about $60.00 cheaper...I probably will use some 12" Kicker subs. Anyhow, mainly concerned about a head unit now. Would you suggest the 2 I have picked out or a different one?
