I have a phase linear uv8020 that loses its memory every time I turn the car off. I've checked the constant wire and it has 12v the whole way up to the back of the radio. I sent it to Phase Linear and they said the radio is fine and they couldn't duplicate the problem. I have also tried rewiring the constant to the cig. lighter and that didn't work either. My factory headunit holds memory fine. Any help would be great.
