Running Subwoofers At Home

hey,
i want to hook up a sub box with 2 12's in my house untill i get my car and can run it properly. Can i run the subs in the house? if so what do i need to do it?

Well this is easly done with a nice home theater system if you already have one, And I dont mean the Thin little DVD players that say surround, Heres an example of what I mean...

Well what im getting at is all you have to do is take the Audio cable from the back of your subencloser and take the + to the + and the - to the - on the back of a Reciver, you might wanna pick the Back speakers section, or try surround sound.

I have done this before I had a car amp(insuffisant funds) but the only thing wrong with this is you mat overload your reciver (I'v done this but luckly still under warranty)

I hope this helps you, I dont reccomend Buying a Reciver just to do this, But if you already have one try it out(may need to UP the Volume of the channel there on).
