i hav two 15" l7s (2ohm), and am planning to hook each one up to a hifonics 1206d at 1 ohm. since this is my first time hooking up two subs, each with its own amplifier, do u have any suggestions? or any heads up for something i may not know yet?
wire the voice coils in parallel to achieve aa 1 ohm load then hook it up to your amp... do this to each sub..
Hope you have an upgraded electrical system to support those amps.. That's gonna stress out your alt..
Hope you plan on porting the subs.... The box you use is as important as anything... Make sure the box is built to specs for those subs... Will get loud!
