Easy... kick him in the neck, then after he goes down, drop your sub on his douchebag head. He is full of mostly hot air which will nicely cushion the sub and prevent damage to it. It's a win-win. Grandmas tend to not like it either.

If I understand what you are saying you would like to show the full excursion of your subwoofer. To do that simply play low frequency notes such as 10-30hz over your subs. I wouldnt do it for too long or too loudly because your subs may not be built to play that low and it can cause damage. You can do that or the way I like to do it (see subwoofer stretcher(good work Mark)) Attach a strong suction cup to the cone, run a string through the suction cup and just yank it as hard as you can, but before you do that make sure all of your friends are watching. Its a sweet trick and you wont want them to miss it.
