Jeep + stereo???

Just bought a 1999 Jeep TJ 2 door. i am removing the rear seats so i have room for my 15" alpine type-r. Does anyone have experience with tese vehicles and if so how are they for SPL?

just using common knowledge, I would think, even with a had top they wouldnt be good for SPL.

Ask mesodumm, I think he did a sweet setup in a jeep

Thanks Andrew, yeah jeeps are hard for SPL! but it can be done! The top has to be re-worked with strips of metal in the groove and bed-liner, thats were i'm headed with mine. I've been working on it a lot lately making dual Alternator bracket, dual battery tray, 8" pods for rear upper corners and 8" pods under front seats

Thanks! I like doing odd boxes, and pods. wait till I post pic's of the new stuff! I'm not to worried abot stuff getting stolen I got the clifford g5, back-up battery, ignition disable, proximity sensor, and pager, plus I use body locks on everything, the only thing I think the could get out might be my deck, maybe my soundbar, but that would be if they could winch it on a trailer and take off but even then my gps in it would show exactly where it is. these are good unit and alot cheaper than stuff like onstar thing.
