The Harrison Labs DragQueen is banned from DB Drag :-(

The Kicker Warhorse has been said to put out 20K RMS but who knows. They also claim that the Warhorse is extremely efficient needing only something like 5-600 amps to produce that power. I forget who it was but they switched from 8 ZX2500s to a Warhorse and put up a better number with all the same equipment sans the amplifiers.

Come on Rob, I though would know better than this.........

If that amp was 100% efficient (which it can't be) it would take 1388 amps at 14.4 volts to produce 20kw of power.

If you got those numbers from Kicker, somebody there must have failed elementary math :-)

Well the amp is rated at 2ohms for 10K Rms. As I said "they" claim and this was a competitor putting out some numbers that was using it. Who said anything about a 14.4volt system M.S.? I'm not sure what kind of voltage they used to feed that amp but regardless of what kind of current draw the amp is said to be top dog by the select few that have had the privelage to use it. Kicker recommends 2 200amp alternators and 8 batteries to feed the amplifier.
