The first alt he sent to me didnt fit the mounting bracket. The second one worked for about 3 months then starting having voltage problems where it wouldnt go over 12.4v and was actually pulling my battery voltage down. So I sent it in to him, He then sends me one that doesnt plug in right. So I sent it back to him, he then sends me some other customers alternator which I still have cause he is supposed to send me a shipping label to send it back to him. I received my alternator while still in possession of the other customers alt, and this damn alternator wont hold a voltage over 12.06v. I initially payed for my alternator in january and have had about 3 months of use out of it. ^^^^Thats the quick version. So I've had 5...yes 5 DIFFERENT alternators, none of which looked the same and have had about 3 whole months of use out of almost a year. |

I ended up getting a alternator from meangrean very solid alternator running fine this whole year and it worked from the beginning unlike iraggis alt. |

How long did you have problems with him? My sister in-law is a legal aid and works for a good attorney, I'm sure if it came down to it, she would have her boss write me up a nice letter to Iraggi. Basically I'm out of luck and have to play Dominick's games. I can send a demand letter for a refund but they dont think it will do any good. The next step of action would be suing him but since he would be the defendant, the case would take place in Tennessee where he lives. I would spend more on the case than the alternator is worth. |
