Alpine or Rockford

I can get a really good deal on a ALpine MRP-400 or a RF P325.1 Which is a more powerful amp at 2 ohm?? What is the actual pwer the alpine will put out because the RF says it will do 451 WRMS @ 2 ohm (but at 14.4 volts)
