so my friend is sellin his subs because he wants to go for Sq with 1 10 inch sub and amp his back speakers... he has a 2 channel 120 watt rms at 4 ohm amp. we were debating weather or not he could hook up the smaller sub and the back speakers of the one amp.. is it possible?

the sub is a single voice coil 4ohm

i was thinking maybe you could connect all the wires together and run the amp bridged

or
run the sub bridged... but have the speakers set up 2 channel.. if that makes sense.

could also run the speakers parrelell and hook up the sub to the other imputs.

The old hifonics series VII amps could be wired with the sub bridged and two satellite speakers in stereo. You just had to watch your ohm load.

I don't know of any other amps like that, but I don't see why it wouldn't work, as long as its bridgable.
