well i got a 12" memphis mojo in a 1.8 ft3 box and i got a couple of circular ports... um they are bothe 2 inches in diameter and 2.5 inches deep. i ran it on that caculator thing and if i put 1 in it will be around 35 hz and putting both in would be around 45hz. are these ports too rediculously small and i should just make a slot one of wood or would they work? i want it to be realllly loud. and i WANT my mirrors to shake so bad i cant see and please not the sub isnt in the trunk.. its sittin right in between the front seats.
K. My box is about 14 inches tall so I think I can port that. What's the loudest frequency to port for spl? I've been told go as low as possible. I've also heard 35 hz and 45hz? What's the loudest ?
