15" alpine sub what amp?

Hi, I have an Alpine type r 1542d 4ohm dvc sub mounted in my 89 firebird, just finished building a custom ported box that takes up the whole hatch. anyway i was wondering what would be a good amp to push this sub? thanks for any suggestions

Hifonics BXI1606d would be good. That will do about 750 at 2 ohms. Also those ED.nines are good I hear, they are a class act company, ive bought other items from them and am very happy with it.

i concur...the zx750.1 would be great

btw, hifonics 1606d does 1100rms @ 2 ohm and the 1206d does 900rms @ 2 ohm
