Tuesday, March 13, 2007 - 23:00 GMT i just bought a hifonics BXI 1206D amp to power my two soundstream T4-15's. the amp is turning on but the subs arent even moving. can someone tell me what im doing wrong?

Tuesday, March 13, 2007 - 23:28 GMT That hifonics is small for 2 T4-15, but this isn't a reason that your subs aren't moving. Probably you haven't set the gain correctly...

Tuesday, March 13, 2007 - 23:40 GMT but i just cheacked the speaker wire with a test light and it didnt light up. so there is no power go from the amp to the subs.

Wednesday, March 14, 2007 - 00:48 GMT your sub output could be fried...go to a local shop and have them test the amp.it will cost like $5-10 unless you have to toold to do it yourself.make sure the rcas didnt come lose from the ehad unit also
