sry if im budging in on this but, i was told the bl sound a lil more better , cuz im lookin att the same subs, and i aint sure yet what one to get cuz everyone keeps tellin me different and first they say the bl gets just as loud and will sound a bit better in sq soo wicth is it lol
the BLs sound great but if you are wanting really crisp sound and dont care about as much output the Qs would be great.
i have two 18" BLs in my car now and just about anything that plays i can tweak and make sound great. but if you go cranking on them you will see their SPL side. they get wicked with just around 1000 watts apiece...
ok cuz i want 2 get 2 12's bl's and 2 kicker kx1200.1 amps. with a nice box, but still workin on the money im saveing to get it all at once, but i hope the bl,s will still not sound all crapy , i want them to sound god and loud at the same time, so tremor u think they will
they have reccommended enclosure sizes and they are right on the money. anywhere in the range they quote will work well.
chauncey, have you heard both? im thinking maybe this TTB design was a little small. sometimes it seems like im pushing them a little hard and i only have maybe 1000 watts going to each.
yea but tremor they sa2.5 . so that makes 5 cu ft added together . u add it together right? i could be wrong and i wen to that site for figureing out the specs and struff for teh box where u enter teh length and stuff and it said like 27.5 inches deep and i dont think my car will fit that lol i mean it could but isnt that a bit too deep for a pontiac grand prix
