Hey, long time no talk..so im gettin a 07 Ford f-150..regular cab...and i have a 15" Q that i want to put in it..ported box..does anyone have any ideas were i can put my sub? And i dont really want to take out the middle seat..

build a box and put a comfy cusion that matches ur int. over the top...all this in palce of the middle seat

or a cutout that is just big enough for it and it wont affect the bed any

would cutting into the back of the seat and just removing cushion give more room?

i uno if that would help in any way im jus throwin things out there

im wondering... it would b hard but could u make a box that went behind the seats but like L'd under the seat for more air space? if u dont understand what im sayin ill draw a pic and show u.

make a downfireing box for it is another option if u have 15 inches at the floor if u dont know what that is i can draw one up real quick its a good design that i learned from the person who invented it in the 70s its kinda like a bandpass but with sq seen one do 145 in a suv with 2 db drive subs

i dont think there is 15inches behind the seats in a regular cab so how would that fit? like slide sumwut under the seats from behind?

i would go with two 10's myself. and just get a long truck box to go behind the seats

the subs are in a sealed box facing to the floor with a port type area around them open in the front the bottom is open sides and back are closed and front is open these have amazing output and sound quality like i said one did a 145 with 2 db drive 12s in a suv with little tuning

i have a gmc sierra reg cab and i have a sub box that replaces the middle seat. i know you said you didnt want to do that. neither did i. just depends on how bad you want that system ya know? i can take some pics if you want.

alrighty. no prob. i will take some pics later on today when my ol lady gets home with the camera and i will shoot them over to your email. i am putting two soundsplinter rl-p 12's as my center console sealed at 1.5 cu. ft. per chamber. its gonna band like a mother f@cker

this i the drawing of the box i have in my truck right now. its ported and tuned to 34 hz. it has 2.74 cu. ft. total volume i think. has a 12" kicker comp vr in it right now that sounds decent.
