Hey, long time no talk..so im gettin a 07 Ford f-150..regular cab...and i have a 15" Q that i want to put in it..ported box..does anyone have any ideas were i can put my sub? And i dont really want to take out the middle seat.. Thanks Joe
make a downfireing box for it is another option if u have 15 inches at the floor if u dont know what that is i can draw one up real quick its a good design that i learned from the person who invented it in the 70s its kinda like a bandpass but with sq seen one do 145 in a suv with 2 db drive subs
the subs are in a sealed box facing to the floor with a port type area around them open in the front the bottom is open sides and back are closed and front is open these have amazing output and sound quality like i said one did a 145 with 2 db drive 12s in a suv with little tuning
i have a gmc sierra reg cab and i have a sub box that replaces the middle seat. i know you said you didnt want to do that. neither did i. just depends on how bad you want that system ya know? i can take some pics if you want.
alrighty. no prob. i will take some pics later on today when my ol lady gets home with the camera and i will shoot them over to your email. i am putting two soundsplinter rl-p 12's as my center console sealed at 1.5 cu. ft. per chamber. its gonna band like a mother f@cker
