Post Number: 918 Registered: Feb-06 | Well I sent off my 16-MCD1000 2 fridays ago and just found out I payed $15 for shipping for nothing! Some new changes have come about for them, looks like now they have to have a receipt to do any repairs on any products, even if it is out of warranty!!! I'm pissed! What to do now, I spent $200 on an amp that doesn't even work! The lady just told me that they would return the amp to me tommorrow, but it won't be fixed! SOMEONE HELP!!!! lol |

Also, In future, It wont help you now, but, If you have a amp from company X that is not warrantied cuase of whatever. Find a out of buisness car audio store that used to sell brand X. Make a reciet up from Acme car audio listing brand X with serial number. Send said amp X to Manufacture with copy of said reciet. They will not be able to prove you did not buy it there cause company will be out of buisness, so they will honor the warranty. Yea, its dodgey, but use your own judgement. |
