They sound ok at low too mid volume, A little bright, They are not so much of a SQ driver as a spl driver. They really shine when the volume is high. They sound very loud, and clean, but its a screaming loud, kinda hard to explain, Kinda like tweeterish ear piercing. If you ever heard Beyma midranges at high volume, these are similar, with out the sq of the Beyma. They are in effect a Beyma knock off, hence the cheap price and growing popularity. If your system is lacking in the mid area these will fill it quickly. However if budget allows choose Beyma. Its copied from the Beyma 6MI100 Midrange. MSRP $200 each. Hence whips $85 popularity. They are becoming popular in the NY area Latin Audio scene.
I would give them a 7 out of 10 for SQ
and a 10 out of 10 for being loud.

Thats what I said...
"They are not so much of a SQ driver as a spl driver." "They are in effect a Beyma knock off,"
Good input.
