Alot of people use it to get rid of the 90 degree angles which allows air to flow better.

I cant wait to get this done and get all the equipment in :D. After this i wanna build a box for comps that will peak around the res freq of my suv. anyone happen to know that that freq is of an expedition. How do i get in touch with marshall white lol.

is there something i can do to make the resin harden smoother? or is that just cause of the brand or what. i remeber seeing steve meade using somethng white to do it.

U could sand it to make it smoother with 100 grit sandpaper

its isnt real bad or anything i was just wondering. also next box im gonna tune it higher cause once i add all this bracing it will drop the tunning lol didnt think of that hah

well 3 sheets of mdf=60 screws=6 glue=10 Liquid nails=3. resin=46 hardner=25. 2x2 bracin=10 so about 160+tax.

thats cool. Good price! I spent a lot because I needed tools. a lot of tools... But I to am thinking about building a new box, yes it cost a lot of money but this second time it should be easier to build and cost less. And I'll do a better job this time around. I want a box that sits lower but its wider. and change the bracing around.

deep is find, but I need it to be wider for mines, its a little bit to tall for me, I want to be able to pull my cargo cover over my box.

my only worry with this box is what its tuned to now after all the bracing and resin lol. was orginally 33hz.

painted the port since i dont have enough mdf to cut both of the top baffles 2nite so i will have to wait till 2morrow for that.
