OT...rim sizes

right now i have 19 inch rims with 35series tires and its a perfect fit. i want new rims with a little bigger tires cause i am sick of the ride. if i get 18 inch rims, what series tires can i get that will be equal to 19 inch rims with 35 series tires?

19 inch rims with 35 series tires is equal in size to 18 inch rims with ______ series tires.

40's or 45's. If their the same width 40's will be like 1/2 inch more than 35's and 45's will be like a full inch more. So 45'. Also whats the width of your tires. Because you can actually get wider tires with the same profile. And it will increase the same, just that you will have more thread and the thread still out more. Depends.

My tires are 265/40/22's. Before I had like 255/30/22's. When I went from 30's to 40's it gave me about a inch and a half, also because I increased the width.
